Non-Compliance

This Non-Compliance Fee is a penalty for failing to abide by the Terms and Conditions of sale. Broker/Auctioneer at its discretion shall charge the credit card on file, retain deposits or use any other means necessary to collect such fees subject to attorney fees and court costs. Successful Bidder Default
